So I went to see Dr.Feelgood so to speak. Kinda did a little self evaluation and I am in the process of getting myself back on the right track. We're doing some cognitive therapy coupled with a gratitude journal to help boost my esteem. If that doesn't work, he's thinking of putting me on anti-depressants. I've been against meds since day one of therapy. I don't really know how I feel about it, but maybe its my only option if I can't seem to pull myself out of this funk. A lot of the women in my family suffer from depression so I guess it would only make sense to him....

On another note, my family is going to be fostering one of my cousins soon who's been in a very negligent and mentally fatiguing situation for a long time. He's got a lot of issues dealing with trust and is on butt-tons of medication himself. He's 11. I'm hoping that with his arrival, I'll be able to do what I do best, and that's nurture. I know he'll have serious trust issues. But I only want the best for him and I want him to know that he isn't alone. That we'll get through all of our collective bullshit together ^.^

More stuff soon to come, my therapist suggests I do lots of writing and so does everybody else, so I guess thats more fuel for the fire. Till then....
